Frank L. Netti has a breadth of financial experience. He has been certified as an Investment Management Consultant since 1999 and has earned the elite designations of Certified Investment Management Analyst and Certified Investment Management Consultant. Frank has acquired the Series 7, 12, 63 and 65 securities registrations and has been recognized as a Premier Advisor for the past six years. He earned two bachelor’s degrees, one from SUNY College of Buffalo and the other from Syracuse University with honors. Frank is a graduate of Leadership of Greater Syracuse and is a member of the Central New York Estate Planning Council and the Kappa Delta Pi honor society. He enjoys camping, sports and family time with his wife and three children.

 
Michael D. Carroll has extensive financial experience of over 12 years. Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2006, Michael worked as an advisor at another major wirehouse.   He holds the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and is a licensed life agent. Michael attended Mohawk Valley Community College and SUNY Empire State College. Continuing his education with the College for Financial Planning, Michael earned his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation, specializing in retirement advice. He is a certified scuba diver and enjoys diving and family outings with his wife and three children.
 
 

Michelle M. Dellilo is a Senior Client Associate started her career in 1998 at another major financial institution where she assisted premier advisor teams. Michelle joined the Netti Retirement Group in 2005. She handles the administrative operations of the Netti Retirement Group and provides clients with first-rate administrative and account support. She is a member of the Onondaga Cycling Club and the MG Car Club of CNY. She enjoys photography, cycling, and traveling with her husband.
